Cindy provides administrative support to the President and CEO, as well as the Chief Investment Officer and the Director of Finance and University Grants.  Her responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the staff, management team, and the Board of Directors, as well as various other duties.

Cindy brings 20 years of experience to Innovation Works and has supported executives in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, including the mining, accounting, legal and utility industries.  Prior to joining Innovation Works, Cindy held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, an economic development organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for the citizens of southwestern Pennsylvania through policy analysis, research, marketing, and advocacy.

A native of Beaver County, Cindy is a graduate of Robert Morris University, formerly Robert Morris College.  She began her career in the private sector with a British manufacturer of coal mining equipment.

In recent years, Cindy has been a member of Executive Women International, a professional development organization for women, and has served on the board in the positions of President, Vice President, Ways and Means Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
