Armstrong County Industrial Development Council
The Armstrong County Industrial Development Council helps businesses that are expanding or relocating to the area by expediting approvals from local officials, identifying local suppliers, contacting sources of technological expertise, preparing reports on county resources, locating executive housing and arranging tours.

Innovation Partnership (IPart)
IPart offers assistance to technology-driven companies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in preparing high quality SBIR/STTR grant proposals for submission to federal funding agencies.  This program offers a no-cost opportunity to receive valuable feedback from professional reviewers on planned Phase I proposal concepts.

MicroGrant Program
Financial support for applicants whose proposal concepts are judged to have strong potential for competing successfully in a federal competition. These candidates will be awarded a microgrant from IPart that reimburses one-half of the cost incurred in preparing the proposal itself, up to a maximum of $2,000

MicroVoucher Program
Financial support for applicants whose proposal concepts are judged to have strong potential for competing successfully in a federal competition. These candidates will be awarded a MicroVoucher from IPart that reimburses one-half of the cost incurred in preparing the proposal itself, with up to a maximum of $3,000 being awarded for the client to engage a Preferred Provider to assist in the proposal preparation.

Travel & Training Program
Financial support for applicants receiving an IPart Pre-Proposal Assistance Review and submitting appropriate reimbursement documentation. Candidates may be awarded a Travel & Training award that reimburses one-half of the cost incurred in with up to a maximum of $1,000 being awarded for travel & training expenses directly related to their SBIR/STTR endeavors
