Program Manager, Entrepreneurial Executives Team

As Program Manager of the Entrepreneurial Executives Team at Innovation Works, Katie organizes internal and external program initiatives, such as the Innovation Works summer internship program which links local MBA students with early stage companies to help them achieve strategic goals along their pathway to success. Katie also manages many of the state reporting requirements and helping to support initiatives associated with our portfolio of companies.

Before coming to IW, Katie worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek in Cherry Hill, NJ, and with a startup technology company in Pittsburgh, Ticketmaster Online / Citysearch.com, where she played an integral part in opening the Pittsburgh office and served in an Operations role, and provided support to Regional Account Managers in all sales activities.  Most recently, Katie worked at the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance. 

Katie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and completed the MBA Essentials program at the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
