As Administrative Coordinator for Entrepreneurial Services, Nancy Lee Kiefer supports the group that provides business assistance and funding recommendations for emerging early stage start-up companies. The team includes the Director of Entrepreneurial Services, four Executives in Residence, and the Human Resources Consultant. Nancy helps implement internal and external programs to improve the success rate of the companies IW works with, track the companies? progress, and provide value to the region?s entrepreneurial community.

Nancy brings over 25 years of experience to Innovation Works, drawing from various professional and administrative roles. After 10 years with PPG Industries in Human Resources and Recruiting, she supported the US start-up operations of a British Management Consulting firm. At Unisys Corporation, Nancy held various positions over a 13-year career, including Technical Consultant for the hardware and software services team. Most recently, Nancy supported the Vice President of Retail Properties and the Vice President of Development for an international real estate development and property management company.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also holds the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE + Internet) and Microsoft Certified Professional Certifications.
