Cancer surgery pump targets foreign markets
The South Side medical device firm, ThermalTherapeutic Systems, expects to receive approvals that will open up European markets for the company’s device, VeraTherm, a portable, heated pump used by some physicians during abdominal cancer surgeries to kill cancer cells more effectively.
