Max E. Dizard

Energy Program Manager, Associate Executive in Residence

Max is the Energy Program Manager and an Associate Executive in Residence at Innovation Works. He is responsible for coordinating and executing the strategic investment goals of the energy investment fund. He works closely with technologists and entrepreneurs to drive value creation in early stage enterprises by identifying and leveraging near term market opportunities.

Previously, Max worked in real estate development, managing investment due diligence, land acquisition strategy, and project finances. Through partnerships with public sector and non-profit clients, he helped to revitalize neighborhoods by leveraging local, state, and federal resources against private capital.

Max holds a BA in economics and urban studies and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Pittsburgh.
