Kelli serves as the Accounting Manager at Innovation Works (IW). In this role, Kelli assists the Controller with overall financial management of IW, which includes oversight of the accounting department and completing the monthly accounting close process. Kelli is also responsible for assisting with the annual budget, audit, taxes, and reporting and compliance with funding source requirements in accordance with IW policies and procedures.
Prior to taking on the role of Accounting Manager, Kelli was a supervisor with a local public accounting firm, Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP. In her capacity there, Kelli supervised financial statement audits for healthcare and non-profit clients. Kelli holds a B.A. in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh and a MAcc in Accounting from Chatham University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Kelli is the secretary on the Young Professionals Board for HEARTH, a local non-profit providing a range of supportive services and housing that empowers homeless families, who are survivors of domestic violence or other trauma to become independent, self-sufficient, and adequately housed.
